HCLT’s Midweek’s Temptation 2 Course Tasting Menu $18.95

For each dinner purchased tonight by patrons of the show, the BISTRO will contribute $5 to The Summer Theatre.  Thanks for supporting HCLT and The Prizery.

1st Course
New England Seafood Chowder with shrimp, crab and scallops

 

Classic Caesar Salad with garlicky croutons and shaved Parmesan reggiano  (GF without croutons)


Bistro Salad  our house salad of crisp baby greens, fire roasted tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion & croutons, a sprinkle of feta cheese and our bistro vinaigrette (GF without croutons)

    

Spicy Tempura Portobello Mushroom  with creamy Roquefort dipping sauce


Chipotle Spiced and Grilled Shrimp with a horseradish tomato dipping sauce  (GF)

 

Skilled Roasted Mussels in a garlicky citrus broth with roasted red peppers, saffron orzo & basil leaves 



2nd Course

 
Grilled Organic Salmon with a ginger soy sauce  (GF)

Crispy Fried Oysters with a parsley aioli dipping sauce

Pan Seared Sea Scallops and Basil Shrimp with a citrus parsley aioli


Grilled Hoisin-Applejack Pork Tenderloin  hoisin and brandy marinated pork tenderloin with gingered cranberry applesauce, haricots verts & mashed potatoes (GF)

 

Grilled Portobello Mushroom ‘Filet’ served with goat cheese, wilted spinach, roasted red peppers and mashed potatoes (GF)

Grilled Certified Black Angus Filet Mignon   +$7
4 oz filet with a cabernet morel demiglace (GF)  Add 2 Basil Shrimp +$4

 

All served with veggie du jour and Bistro mashed potatoes  and a roll, unless otherwise noted.
